INDIVIDUAL CARE

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I offer counseling to older teens and young adults in a supportive space where we can explore life transitions and mental health challenges. I also have experience working with individuals navigating Autism, ADHD, and learning differences with a focus on supporting executive function challenges and self-advocacy.
My approach is person-centered, meaning I view you as the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and truly understood. You are more than a diagnosis or label. Together, we’ll deepen your self-awareness and work toward meaningful, lasting changes that align with your values and goals.
My practice is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a compassionate, evidence-based approach that emphasizes clarity, flexibility, and action. We’ll focus on what’s already working and build from there. Depending on your needs, we may also incorporate mindfulness practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or polyvagal theory to support your growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting young adults through career exploration, ADHD coaching, and a range of mental health concerns. I’m passionate about helping clients build self-trust, resilience, and direction.
Let’s work together to uncover your potential and move toward the life you envision.
I work in my Clayton office, and also offer virtual appointments throughout the state of North Carolina.
