Our intake coordinator will review your questions and your insurance coverage. It is the responsibility of the client to verify their benefits with their insurance company. We will answer any questions we can during your intake call, although insurance plans vary in terms of copayments and yearly deductible plans. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and ask what your out-of-pocket fees are for outpatient mental health care office visits.
We are in network with most Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans
We take PPO plans, through employer and student policies (We are not in network with direct marketplace plans, Medicaid, or Medicare)
Your plan may cover some or all of your services, depending on your co-payment and deductible plan structure

Therapy is considered health care, and when received by licensed in network providers insurance is accepted.
With increased access to care you can now use your benefits for your mental health and wellness treatment.
You have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ explaining how much your care may cost. Under the law, providers need to give patients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, a cost estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like evaluations and session fees.
Upon your request, we can provide you with a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ in writing for scheduled services within designated timeframes. You can also ask your provider for a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ before you schedule an appointment.
