• We are OUT OF NETWORK with BCBS Blue Home, Blue Local, and all Medicaid/Medicare plans.
• Missed Appointment Fee – $85 without a 48-hour notice.
• Please call your insurance to inquire if your plan covers mental health care and what your co-payment or deductible will be.
• Please note that marriage, couples, and relationship counseling that is focused on the relationship is NOT covered by Health Insurance and will be billed at our private pay rate.
