Learn how CCWA became a mental health care community clinic, and how Jaclyn became a center designer and created centers for providers to help our mission to end the mental health stigma and offer specialty mental health care in our community...
After moving to North Carolina in 2015, Jaclyn began counseling in private practice in Cary North Carolina after working in domestic violence and trauma community care for over a decade. Being a long term lover of design and HGTV renovating enthusiast, she was struggling to find an office to set up her clinic, so she took the leap into commercial investing and purchased her first clinic in 2016 in the Research Triangle Park area, in Apex North Carolina..
This was straight out of an HGTV episode..the place was a wreck..yellow walls, old tile..etc. it was ugly..and needed some love and therapy in it's own way..six months later, and all the pennies in the bank spent on unexpected projects, her first center was opened.
